Warranty Details
GO-ELAN is very proud of the quality of its products: We guarantee them against any structural failure, abnormal deterioration, or manufacturing defect that prevents the equipment from functioning properly.
Specific warranty:
- Limited lifetime warranty on aluminum posts
- Limited lifetime warranty on aluminum caps
- Limited lifetime warranty on stainless steel hardware
- Limited 50-year warranty on recycled plastic parts
- Limited 15-year warranty on expanded metal decks
- Limited 15-year warranty on urethane-coated steel cable
- Limited 15-year warranty on stringer mount system structures made of hemlock (all wood is arsenic free)
- Limited 10-year warranty on rotomolded or polyethylene sheet components
- Limited 10-year warranty on polycarbonate components
- Limited 10-year warranty on galvanized steel components
- Limited 5-year warranty on swing seats
- Limited 0-year warranty on peeling of baked polyester paint
- Limited 3-year warranty on springs of spring-based equipment
- Limited 1-year warranty on all moving parts and other products not previously mentioned
These warranties only apply if the playstructures and all related equipment are installed by GO-ELAN Inc. professionals or by following manufacturer instructions and using manufacturer-approved parts. All parts are to be subjected to normal use and for their designed purpose only. This warranty does not cover damage due to vandalism, abuse, or lack of maintenance. Parts and equipment can only be modified or repaired by the manufacturer, its representatives, or by following its instructions
This warranty does not cover cosmetic problems such as scratches, discoloration, bumps, or normal deterioration of the product.
GO-ELAN Inc. undertakes to deliver, on site and free of charge, the part or material needed for the repair. Changing of parts does not prolong the warranty. Labor costs are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty takes precedence over all verbal or written guarantees made by representatives or distributors of GO-ELAN Inc.
