Do you install your playground equipment?

Go-Elan has a team of experts who installs equipment within a 200 km (120 mi.) radius from the factory. Beyond that distance, one of our skilled distributors will be in charge of your installation.

How long until delivery?

Go-Elan usually delivers within 4-6 weeks and installs within 6-8 weeks.

Do you provide a site planning service?

The Go-Elan team or one of its distributors always visits the site free of charge to assess the premises for optimal layout. Sophisticated plans are then produced by our factory experts using state-of-the-art computerized technology. These plans can even be used by a contractor to efficiently prepare excavation work.

How do I choose my outdoor playground equipment?

Go-Elan divides its playground equipment into 2 categories: games for 18-month to 5-year-olds and games for 5 to 12-year-olds. The components we offer encourage sliding, climbing, crawling, balancing and suspension activities. The experts at Go-Elan can help you find the model that best suits your needs.

How good are your warranties?

Go-Elan's warranties are ranked among the best in the business. We cover all our game parts for at least 10 years, and depending on the material or game, for 15 years to life in some cases. Even paint adherence is guaranteed for 5 years. Only labor costs are not covered. See our warranty policy by yourself.

Is this a Canadian product?

Go-Elan is a Canadian manufacturer who purchases his plastics and all his pre-galvanized steel in Canada. Go-Elan is 100% Canada owned and staffed. Our products are proudly made by people here for people everywhere.
